Homes NSW are proposing to develop 86 apartments on this site, and despite our best efforts there are currently no plans to include spaces for shops or services.

I've heard from Lane Cove North residents that you'd like a better neighbour centre in your area with convenient access to a small grocery store and other shops and services.

We see a valuable opportunity to include a small retail space in the redevelopment of 25-29 Mindarie Street, opposite Mindarie Park. This 
is a great central location, and the site is owned by the NSW government agency Homes NSW.

Homes NSW are asking residents for feedback, and if you support the idea of shops and services in the area.
